This blazer is an often-repeated item in my closet. It’s just relaxed looking enough that I can wear it out and about while running errands or to a nice dinner. Not to mention that a blazer is plenty appropriate for work stuff too. After having it for almost a year now, the sleeves are starting to pill just a bit, but that can easily be solved with one of those sweater brushes. Runs true to size.
The romper I’m wearing in the picture is sold out and I can’t seem to find it anywhere! However, I’ve included a link to the original romper below anyway in case superdown decides to restock it. As an alternative, I also included a few other similar items in case that restocking day never arrives. (But I’ll keep my fingers crossed!) . Runs true to size.
The chain belt I’m wearing in the photo is vintage (that I borrowed from my mom! haha), but the chain belt from Lovers + Friends below is almost identical. And the other belt from Nordstrom is a great closet staple that would go with a multitude of outfits.
Dad sneaks!! Who would’ve thought that these would ever be cool?! Tbh, I’m down for any combo of comfort and fashion, so I’m heavily buying into the trend and I hope it stays around for as long as it can.
If only my grandpa would’ve been able to realize his early-adopter style icon status. He rocked flashy bright white K-Swiss into his 90’s. He was just before his time! And seriously — the Tommy sneakers below actually look a lot like his shoes! ANYWAY. I digress. The shoes.
These shoes also look a lot like the much more expensive Givenchy pair, but with a much friendlier price tag. (I’ve included the Givenchy pair below for reference.) I’ve worn these Alias Mae shoes a ton, and they’re super comfortable and look effortless cool a la my grandpa.
The Tommy sneaker runs true to size, although it’s ever-so-slightly on the narrower side near the toe box.
